Web Developer Team Lead

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Web Developer Team Lead to manage and guide our web development team. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of websites, ensuring they are secure, high-performing, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers.
• Oversee the full web development lifecycle: planning, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure website performance, uptime, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to implement web-based campaigns and projects.
• Implement effective technical solutions for new site features, performance enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Maintain version control using Git and manage hosting platforms and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain websites using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
