Develop and maintain integration solutions using WebMethods platform.

- Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable integration designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Develop services using WebMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and API Gateway.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and interfaces.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in development and production environments.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience with WebMethods development.
- Strong knowledge of WebMethods components: Integration Server, Designer, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and API Gateway.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S).
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex integration environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Exposure to WebMethods IO and hybrid integration architectures.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of API management and microservices architecture.
