Web Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new or modified software programs based on user requests and produce technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and implement applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, .Net Framework, SQL Server, and other related technologies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) with a focus on Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Design and write SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures in SQL Server.
• Develop applications for a multiplatform environment supporting a global customer base.
• Familiarize with Agile software development methodologies and participate in peer code reviews.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct unit and integration system tests, monitor results, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with technical and business users for validation testing and support QA analysis.
• Handle production environments and analyze production issues to identify root causes.
• Communicate effectively and work closely with business analysts, designers, architects, and quality analysts.
• Skills Required:
• Strong experience in .NET development
• Hands-on knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Spring MVC
• Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end integration
• Experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and scripting
• Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Web Content Management Systems (WCMS)
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize code for performance and responsiveness
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle production issues and root cause analysis
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with business analysts, designers, architects, and QA teams

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
