Overview

Job Title: Web3 / Blockchain Developer

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Location: Baner, Pune. (WFO)

Budget: Up to 10 LPA

Skills set: Blockchain Development,Smart Contracts & Token Standards, DeFi & Tokenomics, Web3 Integration Security Best Practices, Programming Languages, Frontend Frameworks, Databases & Storage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Blockchain Development: Solidity, Rust, Web3.js, Ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat,

Foundry.

Smart Contracts & Token Standards: ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, BEP-20, Solana

SPL tokens.

DeFi & Tokenomics: Liquidity pools, staking, governance mechanisms, yield

farming.

Web3 Integration: Metamask, WalletConnect, smart contract interaction.

ICO/IDO/STO Experience: Token launch strategies, fundraising models, regulatory

knowledge.

Security Best Practices: Smart contract audits, gas optimization, reentrancy

prevention.

Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Golang (preferred).

Frontend Frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js.

Databases & Storage: IPFS, The Graph, Moralis.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Layer 2 solutions like Arbitrum, Optimism, or zk-Rollups.

Knowledge of NFTs, GameFi, and Metaverse development.

Understanding of cross-chain interoperability solutions like Polkadot, Cosmos, or

Chainlink oracles.

Experience with DEX (Decentralized Exchanges) and liquidity provision
