What will your job look like?
•Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
•Professional & Relevant Experience - 2-5 years on WebFocus Tools like WebFocus Developer Studio, WebFocus Managed Reporting, InfoAssist, Report Caster etc
•Programming Language like - SQL , HTML, JavaScript
•Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and MySQL.
•Good to have - Cloud knowledge is added advantage
•Maintenance, Support & Development in Application
•Shift Working (1-10 or 3-12, but flexibility as per business need)
•Provide production support (resolve job abends) for customer applications for any issue
•Develops, modifies, debugs and/or maintains software code
•Contribute to meet various SLAs and KPIs as applicable
•Takes up automation opportunities
•Communicates to onshore with confidence
