Your Role

- Install and configure IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) across various environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Deploy enterprise applications (EAR, WAR, JAR files) using WebSphere Admin Console or scripting tools like wsadmin.
- Handle incident and problem management processes, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Knowledge Management.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality support services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive measures.
- 4 to12 years of experience in WebSphere Administration
- Manage and troubleshoot issues on platforms using WebSphere, UNIX, and SQL.
- Perform WebSphere administration tasks including deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Monitor and maintain application health, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage complex WebSphere environments across multiple clients and industries, including clustered and high-availability setups.
- Be part of mission-critical projects that secure and optimize networks for Fortune 500 clients.
