Job Description
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Installing and upgrading IIS.
- Creating, configuring, and managing websites and applications hosted on IIS, including virtual directories, application pools, and security settings.
- Implementing and maintaining security measures like SSL/TLS, LDAP, and access controls.
- Monitoring and optimizing IIS performance to ensure smooth website operation.
- High Availability and Load Balancing
- Configure websites for high availability and load balancing across multiple servers.
- Deploying and configuring.NET applications on the IIS platform.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to.NET applications running within IIS.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying potential problems, and alerting relevant teams.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to web server, application server, and overall system performance.
- Analyzing activity logs to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Managing user access to the IIS server and websites.
- Developing and implementing automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline IIS administration tasks.
- AWS Infrastructure setup and Configuration
- MS SQL Administration
- Windows & Linux Server Administration
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role in the IT/software services industry.
- Technology Knowledge: Understanding of IT consulting, software development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Sales & Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead scoring tools, and marketing automation software.
- Lead Prospecting: Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and social media engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with prospects.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present Feathersoft's offerings to potential clients effectively.
- Self-motivated: A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients and handling outbound sales.
- Familiarity with lead enrichment tools and data research platforms.
- Previous experience in selling IT consulting, software development, or technology services.
