About The Role

As a WordPress Web Developer Intern at Certinal, you will work closely with the marketing team to design, build, and enhance Certinal’s web presence and digital assets. You will gain hands-on experience in creating visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog posts that align with the company’s brand and growth goals.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how modern B2B SaaS companies leverage digital channels for marketing, customer acquisition, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog content
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements
• Assist in web page layout, graphics, and user interface enhancements
• Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns, publishing content and optimizing for SEO
• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure website security
• Implement tracking codes, integrate third-party APIs, and automate routine web tasks
• Optimize website for mobile responsiveness and accessibility
• Regularly update website content and ensure brand consistency across all pages
• Stay updated on WordPress trends, plugins, and best practices
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and provide support for internal web requests
  
  
  

• Final-year student or recent graduate (BCA, MCA, BSc/BE in CS, IT, or related fields)
• Portfolio, GitHub projects, or past web development/internship experience preferred (not mandatory)
  
  
  

• Internship duration: 3-6 months
• Location: Hybrid / Remote (flexible)
• Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on profile)
• Certificate and LOR on completion.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with WordPress, Elementor page builder and basic HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, and website performance optimization
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple web projects and prioritize tasks
• Interest in digital marketing, SaaS, and web technologies
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
