Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Web Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites with a focus on performance, user experience, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and custom code.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet client or project requirements.
• Create responsive designs that work across various devices and browsers.
• Implement SEO best practices into site architecture and content.
• Optimize websites for speed and performance.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues and provide timely solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in WordPress and web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and website performance optimization.
• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for design collaboration.
• Knowledge of website security best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
