Senior Workday Business Analyst (Workday & ServiceNow) Urgently Required

Job Location: Remote (Occasional travel to New York – quarterly or semi-annually)
Tenure: 6-Month Contract (Extendable)
Working Hours: 8–9 hrs/day IST
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Workday Business Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM & Financials and ServiceNow. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting system implementations. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
--Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
--Deep understanding of Workday HCM & Financials, data mapping, and integrations
--Improve business processes and address operational/technical risks
--Create documentation: user stories, UAT plans, process flows
--Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers
--Support UAT and system upgrades
--Work on ServiceNow CMDB modules
Required Skills:
8+ years as Business Analyst in healthcare domain
3–5 years in Workday HCM & Financials
1–2 years with ServiceNow (CMDB, HR, PPM)
SQL & Excel proficiency
Strong documentation & communication skills
Nice to Have:
GitLab CI/CD exposure
Financial data analysis experience
Project management skills
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or relevant field
Workday/BA certifications preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
