Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models and solutions from concept to deployment.
- Focus on cutting-edge areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Generative AI, contributing to innovative projects.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and intelligent features for our core products.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Work on the deployment of AI/ML models into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Implement and adhere to MLOps principles for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Perform comprehensive data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the AI pipeline.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI research.
- Evaluate and experiment with new technologies and methodologies to enhance our AI capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to understand business requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering best QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Experience : 2-4 years of hands-on industry experience in AI/ML development, Data Science, or a related field.
- Programming Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers).
- AI/ML Fundamentals : Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and methodologies.
- Specialized Interest : Demonstrated passion and foundational knowledge in at least one of the following areas : Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
