About Team:
Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience.
As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend microservices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your advanced skills and experience will be vital in driving the end-to-end development processes, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring best practices are followed.
What you'll do:
- Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using ReactJS.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using Node.js, Java, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write high-quality, reusable, and modular code following best practices. Implement and maintain comprehensive test suites using tools like Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in full stack software development with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as [Java, Java frameworks, Python, Reactjs, NextJs,].
- Experience in Building AI Agents & MCP's
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed technical decisions.
- Prior experience in a staff or principal engineering role is preferred.
