What You Will Do

At Volvo Group's Digitial & IT you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

As a Software Engineer, you will be developing and maintaining the .NET/.NET Core and Angular applications to support production of Volvo trucks and it's components. The users and producers of the sofrware applicaitons work as one team, and hence you will have chance to get involved end-to-end.

Your future team

CPA Manufacturing - Supply & Distribute - Internal logistics' GMHS (Global Material Handling Systems) is a supply chain portfolio, handling material flow in Volvo factories producing Trucks and it's components. It is a globally accepted collection of applications in Volvo world and is part of MTM(Manufacturing Target Map). Applications are developed using mainly .NET and Angular apart from many other modern technologies.

The Essential Qualifications Listed Here

• 6+ years of expertise in C#/.NET/.NET CORE with knowledge how to work with the SOLID principles
• Working experience with Angular technology.
• Good hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure devops, Git and GitHub.
• Minimum five years of backend development experience with complex products
• Strong skills in Microsoft SQL language
• Good knowledge and experience writing and using unit tests
• Good communication skills, fluent in English

• Usage of AI tools in right way for better productivity.
• Messaging frameworks such as IBM MQ and Web API
• Experience in working in a distributed team
• Collaboration on open-source projects
