We are seeking an experienced C# .NET Developer to lead development efforts, review code, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions across desktop and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and guide the development team to ensure successful project execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET applications (both Desktop and Web).
• Review code written by team members to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping with career growth and skill development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  
  
  

• Strong proficiency in C#, OOP concepts, delegates, and event handling.
• Hands-on experience in Desktop Application development using WinForms and WPF.
• Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Solid understanding of Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL Server; ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and software design best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  
  
  

Nice-to-have

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Angular or React is a plus.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment.
