Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouses.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on‑time dispatch and receipt.
• Organise storage areas efficiently for optimal space utilization and inventory accessibility.
• Analyse demand patterns and historical data to forecast inventory requirements, set reorder points, and minimize stockouts or excess stock.
  Coordinate with procurement and supply teams for timely replenishment.
• Generate and analyse inventory performance reports—such as stock levels, turnover ratios, and aging analysis—to recommend improvements.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and drive corrective actions (process tweaks, training, system enhancements).
• Maintain accurate and updated information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate relevant dashboards or reports.
  Support compliance with inventory handling standards, safety practices, and AWL India policies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics or 3PL environment.
• Certifications (Preferred): Inventory Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related logistics certifications.

• Strong inventory analysis and reconciliation capabilities
• Proficient in data handling, report generation, and audit processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Basic understanding of logistics workflows and documentation
• Adaptability to new technologies and digital tools
• Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehousing

This is a full-time, on-site role at AWL India’s warehouse locations. The position may require occasional travel and flexibility during peak operations. Training will be provided on AWL’s systems and safety protocols. High performers may be considered for future leadership roles.
