Job SummarySynechron is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Software Developer to join our innovative team. This critical role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, primarily utilizing C#.NET and Web API technologies. Software Requirements
- Required Software Skills:
- C#.NET (Version 5.0 or higher)
- Web API (RESTful API development experience)
- SQL Server (2016 or above)
- Preferred Software Skills:
- Front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Visual Studio (2019 or later)
- Version control tools like Git
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications using C#.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
- Implement scalable database solutions and optimize queries to improve performance.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to ensure code quality, scalability, and reusability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high standards of software quality.
- Contribute to technical documentation and provide support for production issues when necessary.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve system architecture and development processes.
- Programming Languages:
- Required: C#.NET (Version 5.0 or higher)
- Preferred: Additional languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript
- Databases/Data Management:
- Required: SQL Server (2016 or above) including stored procedures, indexing, and normalization techniques
- Cloud Technologies:
- Preferred: Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for scalable application deployment and management
- Frameworks and Libraries:
- Required: Web API, Entity Framework
- Preferred: Angular, React
- Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Required: Visual Studio, Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Security Protocols:
- Basic understanding of secure coding practices and data protection measures
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development roles with a focus on enterprise application design and implementation.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex systems using C#.NET and Web API.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database optimization techniques.
- Exposure to front-end development frameworks (Angular or React) is preferred.
- Experience working within Agile or DevOps environments is desirable.
- Candidates with alternative but relevant experience in scalable system development and software architecture will also be considered.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code aligned with project specifications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and sprint reviews.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and perform system testing.
- Continuously seek improvements in development processes and code quality.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or relevant technology certifications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
