We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with leadership qualities to mentor junior developers and guide the technical direction of Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with leadership qualities to mentor junior developers and guide the technical direction of Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications using .NET technologies.
- Client handling and successful project delivery with quality work.
- Drive the architecture and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring scalability,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code with adherence to coding standards and best
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to development team
- Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Continuously research and implement the latest technologies and best practices.
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD Skills Required :
- Backend : C#, ASP.NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework/EF Core.
- Frontend : Angular/React/Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Database : SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization.
- DevOps/Tools : Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker must.
- Cloud : Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) preferred.
- Testing : Unit Testing Frameworks (NUnit, xUnit), Integration :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading small to medium-sized development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile Have :
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like Angular 14+ or React 18+.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g, Azure Developer Associate).
- Client handling and Team Management.
