🎯 Selection & Stipend Criteria
Candidates must complete the company commitment program:
⏱ 4 hours core project work (Testing/BA) + 4 hours contribution to CityFinSol (XtrazCon Product).

To qualify for the Stipend, candidates must bring 10 business listings for CityFinSol.

Performance-based evaluation after training for full-time hiring opportunity at XtrazCon.
