We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories or requirement documents
- Work closely with product managers to define product roadmaps and features
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in creating test cases
- Conduct impact analysis for change requests and participate in solution design
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Lucidchart, or similar
