Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of PHP developers and drive high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Core PHP.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other development teams.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and security compliance across projects.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Core PHP development.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or senior developer role.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and MVC frameworks.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks (optional).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
