Role Advanced Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Critical activities of the job
Business analytics and Process Improvement
• Define, develop, deliver, and maintain efficient and insightful global standard-based reporting and analytics for supply chain process
• Partner with Functional team in identifying and delivering process improvement opportunities.
• Challenge Status quo and bring in new analytics for process simplification and standardization
• Experience of SAP/Oracle system, data mining, financial planning and reporting system.
• Experience in designing BI queries, Tableau development. Exposure to Alteryx/R/Python
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across Finance and Tech to align purpose, teams, and technology
• Monthly MOS management with established standards
• Ability to deliver under pressure and escalation management
• Highly experienced SAP reporting subject matter experts and data mining / management reporting specialists to engage with business users & Hubs to:
o Capture and prioritize business reporting and analysis requirements.
o Identify and mobilize to eliminate reporting and analysis pain points, review metric definitions and propose relevant policy changes
o drive adoption of global process reporting solutions & build capability and advocacy
o sustain robust BAU delivery of standard based reporting
Technical Competencies Highly skilled and experienced reporting designers and architects to:
• Engage with the business facing team to define and deliver automated, robust, efficient and creative reporting solutions to meet identified reporting needs
• Leverage available, scalable technologies to implement sustainable reporting and analysis solutions
• Efficiently capture reporting issues through Remedy/Service Now and engage across Operational and Tech functions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
