Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• LLM Application Development and Fine-Tuning.
• Experience in building and fine-tuning large language model applications.
• Agentic AI Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines and integrating with enterprise knowledge systems.
• Prompt Engineering and Tool Orchestration.
• Skilled in designing effective prompts, integrating tools, and managing orchestration workflows.

Additional Required Skills:

• Ability to translate business problems into data science problems (Problem Formulation).
• OKR validation using statistical methods.
• Data wrangling, storytelling, and generating insights.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA.
• Sound technical decision-making: knowing when to iterate and when to stop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick adaptability to new domains through data (Business Acumen).
• Strong understanding of design thinking and data literacy.
