- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; coach team on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and protect sprint goals; promote continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owner with backlog management and reporting KPIs.
- Agile/Scrum experience; strong facilitation and communication skills.
- CSM/PSM/SAFe certification; experience in scaled agile environments.
