We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

• We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled information technology candidate to join our growing organization in the role of Senior Business Analyst with minimum 10 years of experience. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of technology services through support and maintenance of the technology estate and delivery of new services as well as management of existing services as per defined product roadmap.
• This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, Project Planning and tracking, responsible performing gap analysis, coordinate with different teams & stakeholders, assist in testing and actively get involved in production issues.
• Participate and contribute to the relevant workshops (business and IT) which aims to clarify requirements and scope definition.
• Documentation of current state of systems or processes linked to this project.
• Carrying out the analysis required to iron-out or enhance the business requirements. This will require effective working relationship with associated system SME’s.
• Appropriate walkthrough be carried out and ensure signoffs are secured to finalise the document.
• Participate in the applicable test phases ensuring that systems are tested thoroughly according to the business requirements and functional specification document.
• Creation of applicable documentations (e.g. System documents) as and when applicable
• Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of the business strategy.
• Good understanding of Agile practices (Writing detailed Jira stories)
• Experience in performing analysis using various tools, like excel, Word, PPT, Visios and present the same to relevant stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum and associate software’s like Jira, Confluence.
• Need to be a good Team Leader with People Management & Problem-Solving skills.
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written.
• Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope.
• Ability to escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Project & Program Management.
• A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience working as an Agile Business Analyst across multi-disciplinary and multi-culturally diverse work environments (locations, pods, etc) supporting banking programs.
• Previous experience of using the BDD methodology and associated tooling (e.g., Cucumber, etc)
• Previous experience documenting processes and knowledge of associated business process tooling (e.g., CaseWise, Signavio, Visio, etc)
• Previous experience on data analysis and conceptual data modelling, and knowledge of associated data modelling tooling (e.g., Erwin, etc)
• “Can-do” attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptability
• Practical experience of Agile & DevOps tooling, for example Jira or equivalent, Confluence or equivalent, GitHub, etc.
• Strong communication skills to help for negotiating, collaborating, presenting, facilitating, influencing, or stakeholder management.
• Understanding of web platforms and associated technologies
• Self-starter
• Good knowledge of Marketing & CRM domains; Marketing related experience would be preferred but is not a pre-requisite if the applicant has good financial products or portfolio management experience.
• Hands on Woking experience of in an Agile project
• Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment.
• Complete formal knowledge of the document life cycle, terms of reference, technical and functional specs, business requirements and business cases
• Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teams.
• Problem solving and analysing an issue\opportunity highly desirable.

• Experience with SQL
• Experience of producing Use Cases and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Feasibility assessment and business case development or keen to move from theoretical to practical experience.
• Design thinking experience or keen to move from theoretical to practical experience.
• Understanding of constraints associated to cloud-based platform.
• Knowledge of the collaboration tools like Monday.com and Mural
