About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Coach with 7–10 years of experience in Agile transformation, coaching, and enterprise-level facilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and a passion for enabling high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding leadership on agile best practices.

Requirements

• Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to enhance agile maturity across the organization.
• Lead Agile transformations and support scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and maturity assessments for agile practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to implement Agile frameworks tailored to business needs.
• Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Identify organizational challenges and provide recommendations for agile adoption and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on agile metrics and team performance indicators.
• Act as a change agent to drive agile mindset and values across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in Agile coaching, Agile project delivery, or Scrum Master roles
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP, etc.
• Proven experience in coaching multiple teams and leadership in Agile principles and practices
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps concepts
• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Agile certifications preferred:
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-CAT)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital transformation in large or matrixed organizations
• Coaching experience in remote or distributed team environments
• Background in product management or engineering is a plus
