Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer - Backend Focus who's passionate about building robust, scalable systems and pushing the boundaries of automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves experimenting with the latest backend and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data modeling and storage.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Integrate and manage payment gateways like Stripe and Razorpay.
• Develop and deploy serverless functions using AWS Lambda.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
• Implement intelligent automation using tools like Windsurf.
• Work on AI integrations using OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Design and optimize AI prompts for high-performing outputs.
• Handle prompt chaining, context management, and memory in AI integrations.
  
  

You Are a Great Fit If You

• Have solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, and database systems.
• Understand how to build secure and optimized APIs.
• Have experience working with OpenAI APIs, especially in prompt engineering.
• Know how to integrate prompts into backend logic.
• Understand how to chain prompts, manage memory, and maintain AI context.
• Are familiar with tools like Windsurf or other automation platforms.
• Have experience deploying and scaling services on AWS.
