About The Team
This role is a part of our OPF team. FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF) is a set of reusable and extensible components, frameworks, and technical services which can be assembled in different configurations to build a personalized Payment Processing System. From the Open Payment Framework, FIS has created predefined solutions around the bank payment hub, including Domestic & International payments (XCT), SEPA Direct Debits & CreditTransfers (SEPA), SCT INST , UK Faster Payments, Immediate Payments, eBanking (EBK), Business Payments (BP), NPP, BACS, US ACH.

What You Bring
General responsibilities
- Aligning with Service Delivery Manager in delivering key win for each customer
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring requirements are well-defined and ready for development
- Shield the Team~ Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions, allowing them to focus on sprint goals and deliverables
- Process Improvement~ Facilitate continuous process enhancements to increase team efficiency and product quality
- Stakeholder Management~ Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and team deliverables
- Change Agent~ Champion Agile transformation and adoption, supporting organizational change initiatives
- Work with the team in managing tickets and delivering releases
- Working experience with tools Jira, planning tools (MPP), estimation methodologies, quality assurance, CI/CD, and risk management
- Working with managers and stakeholders for budget forecasting
- Exposure to AI tools and driving the initiatives for bringing efficiency and optimization
- Experience working in both support and maintenance
- Track progress of each support ticket, ensuring all are up to date
- Maintain ticket hygiene to ensure key data fields are filled and correct
- Facilitate Scrum Events~ Organize and moderate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and focused
- Remove Impediments~ Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, advocating solutions and resources as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Open to work on shifts, if required
- Automation experience
- Experience working with CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies
- Preferably with experience in Banking or Payments domain but not required
- A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of
