Overview
Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Software Solutions : Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions to meet business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects : Work closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Participate in Code Reviews : Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in terms of flexibility, maintainability, and performance.
- Customizations and Integrations : Implement customizations and integrations based on business needs, ensuring they align with the overall architecture and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and Debug : Provide troubleshooting and debugging support, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Stay Updated on Technologies : Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
- Ownership of Tasks : Take ownership of development tasks, ensuring their timely and successful :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology solutions architecture role
- Minimum 2 years experience in software development
- Proficient in any one frontend frameworks such as jQuery, Node , React etc desirable
- Experience in developing and consuming REST web services and working in a microservice environment is a plus
- Excellent oral communication , strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Broad understanding of information technology topics
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Project management and leadership skills are essential
- Experience in software engineering and design architecture
