Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered document automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML-driven document processing, OCR technologies, and data extraction platforms. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable document intelligence products that automate document workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
Work closely with engineering and data science teams to design AI-based document automation systems.
Manage the lifecycle of document processing products including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
Identify opportunities to improve document classification, data extraction, and document understanding capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business use cases involving large volumes of documents.
Define product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Monitor product performance using data analytics and user feedback.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise scalability, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Work with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and operations to ensure successful product delivery

Required Skills

Strong experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms.
Knowledge of OCR technologies and document data extraction tools.
Familiarity with machine learning models used for document classification and information extraction.
Experience working with unstructured and semi-structured data.
Understanding of NLP techniques for document analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
Preferred Skills
