AI Engineer - Internship

Overview

About the internship:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer (Product & Automation) who enjoys turning ideas into working systems. This role focuses on website/product execution, building AI-powered and automation workflows and managing internal technical processes. You'll work closely with product, operations and external developers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Website & product engineering support: Support the delivery and ongoing improvement of websites and digital products by coordinating development tasks, managing updates, testing features, resolving bugs and ensuring smooth releases in collaboration with developers or freelancers.
2. AI & automation development: Design, build and maintain AI-powered workflows for tasks such as data cleanup, classification, summarization, structured extraction and automated responses using APIs, LLMs and automation tools.
3. Tool integration & workflow engineering: Integrate and orchestrate tools and services using platforms like Zapier, Make or n8n. Monitor automation performance, handle failures and optimize workflows to minimize manual intervention.
4. Technical operations & process management: Manage technical tasks and requirements using tools like Notion, Trello or Jira. Document system architecture, workflows and SOPs for deployments, integrations and troubleshooting.
5. Data engineering & system hygiene: Ensure data is clean, structured, secure and backed up across systems and build simple internal dashboards or reports to provide operational visibility and support data-driven decisions.
