Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning (ML) models and algorithms
- Leverage generative AI (GenAI) models to create innovative solutions
- Utilize multimodal techniques to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions
- Lead and manage the implementation of large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and generative AI (GenAI)
Experience
- More than 3 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in call center automation and related AI solutions
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of large-scale AI projects
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
General Requirements
Functional skills required to execute the role:
- Strong AI, machine learning (ML) skills
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning (ML) algorithms and their applications
- Experience with AI techniques, frameworks, and generative AI (GenAI) models
Behavioral Competencies required
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
