AI Engineer

Overview

Position Overview:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and develop AI agents capable of performing autonomous tasks, processing complex data, and delivering intelligent solutions. This role involves building advanced AI models, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
• Build and fine-tune machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) models.
• Implement AI workflows using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with external APIs and real-time data pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure continuous learning and performance improvements.
• Document technical processes, models, and deployment strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI agent development or similar AI/ML applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs (Large Language Models), and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning and autonomous decision-making models.
