Role

We're looking for an exceptional AI Engineer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models to join our growing team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI systems that form the core of our product offerings. You will work across the full machine learning lifecycle—from research and prototyping to production deployment and ongoing optimization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art models and techniques while making meaningful contributions to our product roadmap. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including research scientists, software engineers, and product managers to bring AI-powered features from concept to reality.

Responsibilities

• Create complex AI workflows and pipelines that power our core products and services
• Finetune a plethora of models (both large and small) using advanced techniques to improve performance and adapt to specific use cases
• Conduct in-depth research to develop novel methodologies and techniques for building agentic workflows
• Develop forefront technologies to secure AI systems against emerging threats and vulnerabilities
• Evaluate and improve the performance of various AI models (NLP, generative, classification) for greater accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems
• Effectively communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and engineering, actively contributing to the community through publications, presentations, or open-source contributions
  
  

Qualifications

• Significant practical experience in building and deploying machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks, from ideation to production, in academia or industry settings
• Advanced knowledge in Deep Learning as applied to Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks, such as text classification, feature extraction, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and named entity recognition
• Advanced knowledge in various finetuning methodologies of LLMs such as RLHF, DPO, PPO, or GRPO, with a demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging techniques
• Expertise in modern Python (type hints, Pydantic) and at least one strongly typed programming language (Go, Java, C#, C++)
• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch, and familiarity with the full NLP stack
• Hands-on experience with ML-related tools such as Pandas, Polars, Scikit-Learn, and Jupyter
• Experience with workflow orchestration systems like Langgraph and familiarity with PydanticAI is highly desirable
• Knowledge of or experience with computer vision and audio-based models is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for building high-quality, robust AI systems
