Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build expertise in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. You will work closely with senior engineers to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that impact thousands of entrepreneurs.

Required Skills

0-1 years of experience in AI Engineer role (Freshers welcome)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a top-tier college

Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

Hands-on experience or projects using LangChain, RAG

Experience with FastAPI or Flask for backend development

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Machine Learning (ML) concepts and workflows.

Experience with PyTorch for model training or fine-tuning.

Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and applications.

Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI/ML deployments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI applications using Python, LangChain, and RAG frameworks.

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using FastAPI or Flask.

Work with SQL databases for structured data storage, retrieval, and integration with AI workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agentic AI solutions for automation and reasoning tasks.

Support the development of scalable APIs and microservices for AI-driven applications.

Research and prototype new AI features, staying updated with the latest advancements.
