Job Description

As AI continues to reshape the customer experience landscape, Zycus is seeking a hands-on AI Analyst who is Innovative and can drive experimentation and implementation of AI/Gen-AI/Agentic tools across our post-sales operations. This role is part strategist, part builder—perfect for someone who loves translating broken workflows into scalable, AI-driven solutions. Working directly with our North American CCO, you'll play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across implementation, support, customer success, and expansion teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping Maintain a 90-day rolling backlog of AI ideas, based on monthly scans of friction points across support, implementation, and customer success functions.
• Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation Build quick POCs (e.g., support triage bot, churn risk analyzer) using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks — at least one prototype per quarter.
• Pilot Deployment & Iteration Launch and monitor pilots with internal teams, gather usage data, and iterate based on user feedback and ROI assumptions.
• Learning & Internal Evangelism Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques. Lead monthly internal demos, blog posts, or training sessions for post-sales teams.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Create light technical documentation, prompt libraries, and KPIs so pilots can be hardened by Engineering or IT teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Global Delivery and US stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful adoption of AI solutions.

Job Requirement

Required

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years in business analysis, support ops, consulting, or equivalent hands-on project-based experience.
• Involvement in at least one AI/automation initiative (academic, personal, or professional).
• Able to work with REST APIs, JSON, and basic data processing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
  
  
  

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, OpenAI Assistants, or Zycus’s internal platform (LibreChat).
• Familiarity with SaaS post-sales operations (e.g., NPS, ticket backlogs, churn risk) or ITIL/CSM methodologies.
• Experience working in customer success, implementation, or technical support environments.
  
  
  

• AI/ML or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Data Analytics, GenAI nanodegrees).
• Portfolio of AI automations, chatbots, or GitHub projects.
• Participation in AI communities or hackathons (Kaggle, local meetups).
• Experience with LibreChat or similar internal LLM orchestration tools.
