AI Engineer

Overview

We are seeking qualified resources to fill AI Developer positions at our product-based startup. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a sound foundational understanding of software development principles necessary to contribute immediately to application development, infrastructure setup, and tool creation. The role will require building backend services and automation tools and working with FastAPI, Pydantic, Python internals, AST/static analysis, and Linux-based scripting.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Python Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of Python programming for application development is mandatory. Use of Pydantic, Fast API/Django framework, Linux / Unix, Bash, automation is a must. Knowledge of static parser to create Abstract Syntax Tree workflow and reverse engineering is desirable.
• Cloud and Infrastructure: Code deployment knowledge and use of different resources on AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platform.
• Deployment Pipelines: Experience in creating CI/CD pipeline using GitHub actions.
• Data Management: Database setup and schema knowledge.
• AI/ML Application: Ability to apply LLMs (Large Language Models) for the development of atomic tools/parsers.
• Good hold on AI powered IDEs like Cursors and or VS code

Foundational Requirements:

• Must possess a sound understanding of software engineering concept.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer science and language agnostic development know-how.
• Must be acquainted with agile principles.
