• 8 years of experience in Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, or other AI-driven applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with experience in ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of AI models.
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI is a plus.
  
  

• Optimize and tune machine learning models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or NLP.
• Develop AI pipelines, APIs, and automation solutions for internal or client use.
• Maintain and monitor deployed AI models, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications - preferred
