What will you get to work on?

As a core member of the AI Engineering team at Osfin.ai, you will:

Design & Development

• Architect, build, and deploy Agentic AI models capable of autonomously completing tasks, reasoning over data, and presenting insights in real-time.
• Integrate LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks into interactive dashboard environments.
• Implement data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to ingest structured/unstructured data from multiple sources
  
  

• Develop AI agent workflows for information retrieval, summarisation, anomaly detection, and decision support.
• Optimise prompt engineering and agent chaining for consistent outputs.
• Ensure autonomous actions taken by AI agents are auditable, explainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align dashboard capabilities with business KPIs.
• Translate technical AI functionalities into business-friendly features
• Continuously improve AI agent performance using feedback loops, evaluation metrics, and retraining.
  
  

The AI Solutions Engineer role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Experience – 2+ years in Agentic AI development (Must Have)
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript (React, Node.js), or similar languages.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone) and RAG implementations.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with BI tools integrated with AI backends (preferred).
• Strong grasp of API integration, REST/GraphQL, and cloud platforms.
