Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an Sr. AI Engineer to join the project delivery team and contribute to the development of AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models, along with strong programming and problem-solving skills.This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale AI systems, real-world data challenges, and modern AI engineering practices in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Implementation
• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models using Python and standard ML frameworks.
• Work on AI use cases across areas such as NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive analytics.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.
• Integrate AI models into applications, APIs, or pipelines for production use.
• Debug and troubleshoot model performance and data-related issues.
  
  

• Work closely with team leads and senior engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code/model reviews.
• Collaborate with data engineering, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth deployments.
• Support testing, validation, and tuning of AI models in staging and production environments.
  
  

• Document model logic, data assumptions, and experiment results.
• Write basic unit tests and validation checks for data and models.
• Assist in improving AI development processes, reusability, and efficiency.
  
  

• 2–7 years of experience in AI/ML or data-driven application development.
• Proficiency in:
• Programming: Python
• ML Frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• AI Domains: NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive analytics
• Data Handling: Pandas, NumPy, structured & unstructured data
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating models into applications.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI APIs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI).
• Familiarity with vector databases or RAG-based workflows is an advantage.
• Exposure to enterprise or industrial AI use cases is a plus.
