About the role: We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our team immediately. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools to build, optimize, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows and voice/chat agent pipelines. This is a full-time, remote role requiring immediate joining.

Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain AI agent workflows using Claude Code and other LLM frameworks
2. Engineer high-quality prompts for voice and chat agents to ensure accurate, natural-sounding responses
3. Build and integrate REST APIs to connect AI systems with CRM platforms and third-party services
4. Implement and optimize LLMOps pipelines for monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of AI models
5. Collaborate with the product team to rapidly prototype new AI features
6. Debug and improve existing AI workflows based on performance metrics and user feedback
7. Automate business processes using AI tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents

Who you are:
1. 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field
2. Strong proficiency in Python and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.)
3. Practical experience with prompt engineering you know how to get the best out of AI models
4. Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants
5. Experience building or integrating REST APIs
6. Understanding of LLMOps concepts: model evaluation, fine-tuning, monitoring
7. Self-starter attitude comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:
1. Experience with voice AI platforms (Twilio, ElevenLabs, Vapi, etc.)
2. Knowledge of CRM integrations (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
3. Prior startup experience
