AI Engineer / AI Solutions Developer (Immediate Opening)

Overview

is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Solutions Developer to join our growing AI Innovation Team. This role focuses on building AI-powered search systems, agent-based applications, and intelligent solutions using modern JavaScript stacks and cloud-native architectures.

You will work closely with leadership and enterprise clients to design, build, and demonstrate AI-driven platforms, including internal search agents, AI-powered learning platforms, and domain-specific AI applications leveraging Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models.

This position is ideal for engineers passionate about AI-first product development, real-world problem solving, and scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered search systems capable of querying internal databases and delivering contextual answers like intelligent agents.
• Build AI applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Next.js, React, etc.
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based solutions using Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT.
• Develop AI workflows for:
• Internal knowledge base search
• AI assistants / agents
• Course & content intelligence platforms
• Deploy and manage AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand AI use cases and deliver live demos.
• Implement secure, scalable APIs and data pipelines for AI inference.
• Optimize AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval techniques.
  

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and modern JS frameworks.
• Practical experience working with LLMs (Gemini, GPT, or similar).
• Understanding of AI-based search, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent workflows.
• Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, and data security.
• Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and document stores.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly during client demos and discussions.
  
  

• Experience with Python for AI or data processing (within GCP environments).
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience with embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to AI orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Prior experience building AI SaaS or enterprise AI platforms.
