AI Engineer (Full Stack, Agentic Systems)

Overview

JUTEQ is an AI-native and cloud-native technology consulting firm helping enterprises in financial services, telecom, and healthcare build intelligent, production-grade systems. We combine the power of GenAI, cloud architecture, and automation to deliver next-generation business tools.

We're now hiring an experienced AI Developer. This is a hands-on, full-stack role that blends the best of browser automation, generative AI, and cloud scalability.

What You'll Work On
Design and build autonomous agents that handle email-based lead nurturing workflows (no APIs).

Implement ReAct-style and Agentic RAG patterns for intelligent conversation flow and qualification scoring.

Build full-stack flows using Node.js (backend) and modern JS/TS frameworks on the frontend.

Use Python-based Agent Development Kit (ADK) and LLM orchestration tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain.

Develop AI-powered communication systems: email parsing, reply generation, ADF/XML integration, and lead qualification logic.

Implement observability, failover logic, and safety mechanisms for agents operating in production.

Collaborate with product, infra, and design teams to iterate on user-facing agent behaviors.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of full-stack development experience (Node.js/Nest, React/Next.js, etc.)

Experience with Python for AI workflows, including prompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), and basic NLP tooling

Prior work with multi-agent systems, AI agents, or RAG pipelines

Exposure to browser automation frameworks (Playwright, Puppeteer) is a strong plus

Understanding of email systems, lead flows, or CRM integrations is beneficial

Ability to build "vibe-coded" UI/UX—that is, fast, intuitive interfaces that reflect the intelligence of the system behind them

Proven expertise in AI model evaluation, testing, and quality assurance , with a focus on comprehensive test case development and performance metrics over simple agent building.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to ship independently and iterate quickly
