About the Role:

We are seeking a solution-oriented AI Engineer who aspires to build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions in a real-world SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Python experience and a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI system architecture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions, drive innovation, and ensure continuity of our AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions leveraging LLMs, ML models, and data pipelines.
• Design and implement scalable system architectures for AI-powered products and workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based codebases, APIs (REST, WebSocket), and integration components.
• Craft, refine, and test prompts and configurations for LLMs, optimizing outputs for different use cases.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable models, frameworks, and tools aligned with project goals.
• Debug and resolve issues related to AI output, integration performance, or backend services.
• Connect with Generative AI APIs for different LLMs available in the market, push data, and retrieve responses as needed
• Oversee the data purification process, removing noise and preparing the final dataset for the AI use case.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support AI features and storage requirements.
• Collaborate proactively with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver solutions within defined timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive documents detailing the AI use case, including objectives, datasets, data update frequency, and data flow between the product and AI solution

Education:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

· Any specialized course in Generative AI or related field would be highly preferred

Who Can Apply?

· Proven experience in Generative AI and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

· Hands-on experience with the RAG approach and Fine-Tuning methods.

· Proficient in Python and relevant libraries.

· Basic knowledge of working with Vector Databases.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python for backend development and AI scripting.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Azure OpenAI) and how to choose/use them effectively for different use cases.
• Basic experience designing and consuming REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Understanding of system architecture concepts, including data flows, authentication, and scaling considerations.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL database.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
• Exposure to MLOps practices or automated model lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating AI outputs into production SaaS platforms.
