About the Role

We are seeking a first-principles thinker to join our engineering team. You will function as an AI Engineer Intern. You will not be spoon-fed tasks; you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions for our product.

Your mandate is to envision, design, and work on Agentic AI that streamline high-value workflows, turning cutting-edge AI research into trusted, compliant, and scalable systems

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM prompting pipelines to improve contextual understanding, memory retention, and response coherence across conversations.

  • Design and implement AI memory systems — enabling persistent, context-aware dialogue experiences for conversational and agentic AI models.

• Work with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) — fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy them efficiently for production use.

• Research and experiment with emerging LLM techniques, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and memory architectures.

• Build and deploy voice-enabled AI agents, integrating speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) for real-time, human-like interactions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, and design teams to translate research insights into scalable, production-ready systems.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

• 5-12 month of hands-on AI engineering experience
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM applications and agentic architectures in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Python.
