Job Title: AI Engineer – RAG Pipelines, Generative AI & Agentic Workflows (1–3 Years)

Location: [ Remote] Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1 to 3 Years

About The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to help us build and scale intelligent systems using cutting-edge technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and Python.

You will be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team focused on delivering AI-driven solutions that go beyond simple prompt-response – building agents that can reason, plan, and take action.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines to enhance the performance of large language models with external data sources.
• Develop and manage agentic AI workflows where autonomous agents can perform multi-step reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI function calling.
• Integrate with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) for retrieval and knowledge grounding.
• Write clean, modular, and production-ready Python code to support scalable AI systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop real-world Generative AI solutions.
• Stay current with trends in AI agents, multi-modal models, RAG strategies, and related tools.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in software or AI development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and modern Pythonic development practices.
• Experience building or working with RAG pipelines and vector search systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere).
• Exposure to Agentic frameworks (LangChain agents, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.) or orchestration of autonomous AI agents.
• Understanding of REST APIs, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerized deployments.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or custom agents.
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps, multi-agent systems, or real-time agent monitoring.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or prior work in applied AI startups.
