Flash AI is Looking for:

Ownership & Engineering Excellence

• Own end-to-end development of complex features across backend, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered services.
• Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support AI workloads in production.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with strong attention to performance and reliability.
• Participate actively in system design reviews, trade-off discussions, and technical decision-making.
  
  
  

• Build and integrate AI-driven capabilities such as: Conversational systems (chatbots, copilots, agents), Recommendation engines, Search, ranking, and personalization systems, NLP / LLM-powered features
• Work closely with ML models and inference layers, even if not training models end-to-end.
• Implement prompting, orchestration, memory, and context management for LLM-based systems.
• Translate product requirements into AI-ready system architectures.
  
  
  

• Build production-grade AI systems with: Latency optimization, Cost control for model inference, Graceful fallbacks and guardrails
• Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting for AI and non-AI services.
• Actively participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and system hardening.
  
  
  

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
• Experience with vector databases, search systems, or recommendation engines
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts (model deployment, monitoring, evaluation)
• Experience building AI features for real users at scale
