Location : Dubai (with occasional travel to India and other GCC countries)

Role Overview

The Business Analyst - Business & Operations will work closely with the Head of Business & Operations and cross-functional leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across multiple geographies. This role requires a strong blend of analytical capability, structured problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and execution discipline in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Business Insights :
  • Build business cases, financial models, and ROI frameworks for new initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and performance tracking frameworks (sales forecasts, operational metrics, project ROI, cost optimization).
  • Conduct data-driven analysis on process efficiency, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Synthesize findings into concise executive summaries with clear recommendations.
  • Program & Project Management Support :
  • Support definition, scoping, and tracking of cross-functional projects with measurable deliverables.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies (including technology/product integrations).
  • Maintain real-time project trackers and status dashboards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Alignment :
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Support, and Operations teams across 7 countries.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities and KPIs.
  • Assist in cascading quarterly and monthly goals aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Ensure inter-team dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement :
  • Analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Support automation initiatives and tech-enabled efficiency projects.
  • Contribute to pricing optimization, sales enablement improvements, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Assist in scalability planning across GCC markets.
  • Strategic Planning & Decision Support :
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and long-term business planning.
  • Prepare structured pre-read materials and decision frameworks for leadership meetings.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to support faster, informed decision-making.
  • Proactively identify risks, growth levers, and improvement opportunities.

  • Structured presentation skills for executive-level summaries.

  • Strong prioritization and multitasking ability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • B.Tech. from premier institutes in India.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Analyst Role.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or multi-location environment preferred.
  • Exposure to distributed team coordination across geographies is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools.
