Job Description (JD): Android App Developer / IT Technical Support

Position Title: Android App Developer / IT Technical Executive

Department: Information Technology

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar

Reporting To: IT Head / Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Android development or mobile app support.

Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, Firebase, and REST APIs.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience in agricultural or manufacturing domain (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Android App Development & Maintenance:

Develop, test, and maintain Android applications used by sales, field, and distribution teams.

Ensure app performance, functionality, and usability in alignment with business requirements.

Monitor app analytics, crash reports, and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Technical Support:

Provide first-line support for users facing technical issues with the mobile application.

Train field staff or internal users on app features and updates.

Coordinate with IT vendors for escalated issues or major releases.

System Integration:

Work with backend systems (ERP, CRM, inventory, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow between apps and internal platforms.

Develop APIs or integrate third-party APIs when needed.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and version control.

Generate regular reports on app usage, downtime, and issue resolutions.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure mobile applications comply with company data protection and privacy policies.

Monitor app for potential security vulnerabilities and update as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
