Android App Developer

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Android App Developer Intern to join our team and contribute to the digital transformation of our company. This internship offers hands-on experience in mobile app development, backend services, and cloud-based solutions while working on real-world IT projects across India and the UAE.

As an intern, you will collaborate with our IT & Digital Teams to develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. You will also support the integration of AI-driven automation, backend services, and API development to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:Android App Development:

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of Android applications using Kotlin, Java, or Flutter.
• Develop user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Work with RESTful APIs, Firebase, or MySQL for backend integration.
• Optimize app performance, security, and compatibility across different Android devices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing mobile applications.

Backend & API Development:

• Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Implement database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Work on cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase Hosting.
• Ensure proper data synchronization, authentication, and security in apps.

Technical Support & IT Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT) to implement digital solutions.
• Assist in software integration, cloud computing, and AI-driven automation.
• Research and implement AI/ML-based automation tools for app enhancement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Android development and full-stack technologies.

Coordination & Delegation:

• Work with the IT team to streamline digital processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Pathanamthitta (Work Station), Kochi, and Dubai offices for mobile app-related projects.
• Support setup, maintenance, and upgradation of app-related digital platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile:Education Requirements:

• Pursuing or Completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in Android development are highly preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong expertise in Android Development – Kotlin, Java, or Flutter.
• Backend Development Knowledge – Node.js, PHP, Firebase, or Python.
• Database Management – MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase.
• Experience with APIs, Authentication, and Cloud Integration.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of server management, hosting, and cloud computing.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation in mobile app solutions.

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with different departments & branches.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in app development projects.
• Willingness to travel if required (company will provide travel & accommodation).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,850.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
