Android Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• ● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and reusable Android
• applications.
• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• ● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices in software
• development.
• ● Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• ● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the
• application.
• ● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our apps
• remain current and competitive.
• ● Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

Required Qualifications:

• ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ● 3-4 years of proven experience in native Android development using Java/Kotlin.
• ● Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal
• with different screen sizes.
• ● Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• ● Familiarity with Android UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• ● Proficiency in using Android frameworks such as Jetpack, Android Architecture
• Components, etc.
• ● Experience with version control systems like Git.
• ● Understanding of mobile app architecture, patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.), and
• practices.
• ● Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• ● Proven experience with ReactJS for building cross-platform mobile applications is a
• plus.
• ● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• ● Knowledge of unit testing and test automation tools.
• ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• ● Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
